Canberra K9s is a mobile dog grooming business servicing most of Canberra (not Gungahlin or Jerrabomberra). The business is owner operated and not part of a franchise.
 
Whether your dog only needs a wash or clean up to a full clip, they will be completely comfortable in our custom built trailer, air conditioned in summer and heated in winter.
 
No need to take your dog to a salon and have it sit in a cage all day.  We pride ourselves on providing a personalised service. You can either drop off your dog for its groom at our home in Duffy, whilst you run errands, or we come direct to your door.

About your professional dog groomer

Bernadette has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Zoology and Animal Behaviour (canines).

Bernadette has spent the last twenty years in the public sector looking after live animal quarantine services and the conservation and welfare of endangered animals and the Australian environment.

Now, following her passion and a lifelong love of all creatures great and small, Bernadette has given up her managerial office job and embarked on this new and exciting career as a professional dog groomer. Bernadette is currently undergoing one on one training with a fellow groomer in Canberra.

Bernadette enjoys getting to know her clients of both the two and four-legged kind. She has a lovely, calm attitude to handling dogs and understands the importance of treating your pet with care and compassion.
